Payment Options

CEDRICS payment options comprise of most major credit and debit cards via paypal for secure online transactions. We are also happy to receive orders over the telephone.

Delivery Options

Orders will be dispatched within 2/3 days of recieving your order. Unless you have specified a delivery date. For earlier dispatch please telephone 01460 72592 to arrange.

Delivery is included. Guaranteed Date costs extra £5.25 for individual parcels weighing less than 30kg.

Collection from Cedrics Available Free of Charge.

Delivery is available to anywhere in England, Wales and parts of Scotland, excluding Highlands and Islands.

We do not deliver to the Highlands and Islands of Scotland - postcodes IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE. We do not deliver to the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly -postcodes BT, IM, TR21-25.

If you would like a delivery made to a place not already part of our delivery route please call and we can try to arrange it at an extra cost. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Orders are required BEFORE 9.00pm on a Sunday - Thursday to dispatch for next day delivery and Orders taken AFTER 9.00pm on a Thursday will be shipped on the Monday, for delivery on Tuesday as they may contain chilled or frozen Items. (Except Bank Holidays, when they will be shipped on Tuesday due to the holiday!)

All deliveries require a signature. It is not possible to leave deliveries on the door step. It is the recipient's responsibility to make contact on the same day with the courier on their return if there is no answer. We cannot be held responsible or incur costs for non delivery or collection of parcels due to any incorrect information given about delivery. If the recipient is away or in the unlikelihood that your package is delayed through no fault of our own we also cannot be held responsible. We strongly recommend that the sender notifies the recipient to expect a delivery when they place an order with us.

When taking receipt of chilled goods it is important that the appropriate items in the hamper are refrigerated or frozen as soon as possible. The condition of these items cannot be guaranteed by us if they are undelivered and returned to a depot overnight.

Once an order has been booked in with our courier, changes to delivery addresses cannot be accepted.

Every effort will be made to deliver your order on the specific day requested although circumstances out of our control may delay some deliveries (such as bad weather etc). We cannot be held responsible under such circumstances.

When you place an order with us, your order is not accepted until you receive an email from us summarising the details. It is only at this point a contract is formed and your order will be fulfilled.

The hampers and baskets photographed contain only listed items. Any props used in the photography are not included in the hampers unless stated.

We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion at no cost to you.

At Cedrics we use a secure site to collect your personal details and we are committed to protecting them. We use them to process your order and to send you information on promotions and new products. They are not passed on to any third parties, If you do not wish to receive information from us please remove the tick on the checkout page.

Gift Message

Every Hamper and gift basket can be sent with a personal gift message, which can be added at the checkout stage.

Alcohol Restrictions

By law we cannot sell items containing alcohol to any one under the age of 18 years of age. Proof of ID may be requested. When you place an order with us you are asked to confirm you are 18 years or older at the checkout page. By ticking this box you are confirming you are of legal age. It is illegal to purchase restricted products if you are under age or for someone else who is under age.

Please be aware some products may contain traces of nuts. We are happy for you to contact us if you have any queries. Some products may have been frozen therefore please do not refreeze any product.

Our guarantee

We try our utmost not to substitute any items in our baskets or hampers. However, if we have to due to issues with supply and demand of products we reserve the right to substitute any product for another of equal or greater value than the original.

Please contact us if any problems occur with our hampers or your order. Any breakages must be notified within 48 hours of receipt of your hamper/gift either by email or telephone where we will endeavour to resolve the problem. If you however would like to exchange a non perishable item for an alternative product within 7 days of delivery all postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. Additional administration costs may apply.

You can cancel any order up to 7 days before we dispatch your goods for a full refund. As our products contain perishable items, your statutory rights to withdraw purchases within the seven working day "cooling-off" period does not apply to our hampers. (Selling directive 2000). Products which have been opened, re sealed, damaged, used or are no longer in a saleable condition cannot be returned under any circumstances Due to the nature of our products I am sure you understand the importance of this.
